Too Faced Liquid Lava Eyeliner

Creamy - so soft and gentle you can use on the inner rim of your eye or on the eye lids.
Tips:
- For the most precise eye liner (thin and close to the lash) keep the pencil sharpened.
- For a smudgy liner look the pencil works best if the point is round and not extra sharp.
- To get a catwalk-smoky eye apply a slightly thick line to the upper and lower lashes. Using your finger gently begin buffing the liner back and forth until you see the results you want.
