Terms of Purchase

All our prices include VAT for customers within the EU. We reserve the right for tax increases and other factors beyond our control that may affect the price. All offers are valid as long as supplies last. We reserve the right for "printing error" on this website like product balance etc. We can not guarantee that all pictures accurately reflects their true colors.

If you are under 18 years must have parents permission to order from us.

We treat all personal information you provide to us on Söderfin in accordance with the Privacy Act. We can guarantee you that no information about you resold but are used only internally by ByBloom. The email address you provide is used for order confirmation you receive when ordering, as well as other information concerning your order.
 

Shipping & Service costs

IN SWEDEN:
 Shipping 39 SEK.
 Free Shipping over 500 SEK.

If you choose invoice there will be a fee of 19 SEK. All packages is sent insured to your delivery point, identification will be required at pick-up.
In Schenker's option
(only in Sweden) you can choose your delivery point.

OUTSIDE SWEDEN:
Norge Shipping 115 NOK.
Finland Shipping 11 EUR. Free Shipping over 105 EUR.

Danmark Shipping 99 DKK. Free Shipping over 825 DKK.

England Shipping 13 GBP. Free Shipping over 90 GBP. 

Other Countries Shipping 11 EUR. Free Shipping over 105 EUR.

For customers outside the EU, if there is import VAT and customs duty then it's up to the recipient to pay. If you are a customer outside the EU, prices excluding VAT.

Pick up in store 
You can also choose to pick up your order in our shop Söderfin at Skånegatan 80 in Stockholm within 1 week after you placed your order, if no other agreement exists. We will notify you when your goods are in the store so you can pick them up, your order will remain with us 7 days. Pick up in store option is available when you are at checkout.

Not claimed Packages 
It is up to the customer to enter a valid and correct shipping address. If soderfin.se gets back a package sent to wrong address, it is up to the customer to pay new shipping.
For packages not picked up, we charge a fee of  200 SEK to cover expenses they incurred for the management and administration. We will send you an invoice.

Orders in Sweden are delivered by the Post. After placing your order you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation from us. You will receive your order within 2-7 days if the product isn't out of stock with us & supplier.
We will not send a part of your order, we reserve for a product may be temporarily out of stock. If any product you ordered is not in stock, we notify you by e-mail about this. You can then choose whether you want to wait for this product, or to replace it with another product or if you wish to cancel the backordered product completely.
 

Payment & Security

Partial Payment Get the goods before you pay, below you can se the payment options

Sweden: Partial Payment from 50 SEK / month. You choose how much you want to pay every month (Pay 50 SEK/month or 1/24 of total sum). First payment is at the end of following month. Annual interest 19,5%, Billing fee 29 SEK.

Finland: Partial Payment from 5 € / month or at least 1/24 of total sum. Posting Fee: 0 €. Billing Fee: 3,95 € / month. Annual Interest: 22,00%

Denmark: Partial Payment from 50 DKK / month or at least 1/24 of total sum. Posting Fee: 0 DKK. Billing Fee: 39 DKK / month. Annual Interest: 21,60%

Any delay in payment there will be added a fee of 50 SEK and interest at 8% + reference rate.

Note that you must be written in the address you specified in your order, and must not have any credit history to complete an order.
Klarna handle billing for bybloom.se. When the invoice payment is made a credit check on the specified personal identification number and registered address.

Right of withdrawal & Returns


Under distance selling law you are entitled to cancel the purchase within 14 days, excluding sale goods. To the right of withdrawal shall apply, the goods must be unopened and in its original condition. Return postage is payed by the customer.
Customer is responsible for the supply comes back to us and then in the same mint condition as upon delivery.
When we approved the product, including the board is unchanged, we will deposit your money. (Shipping and any expenses incurred in order not refundable, this also includes free shipping purchase where the customer is allowed to pay for delivery and any invoice cost of return.) Sale goods isn't include.

The cancel right will take effect from the date you received your order.

If you regret your purchase, please contact us at butik@bybloom.se within 14 days from receipt of product. If you'll like to change a product, the customer will pay for the freight back to ByBloom + freight for the new product. Always get in touch with us before sending anything back.

The right to cancel applies only to makeup and skincare products that have been sealed due to hygienic reasons we refer to the Act 2005:59,4:1.2.3.

It is the customer's responsibility to see that he has obtained the right products in their supply and if an incorrect product is delivered or if the product is damaged, the customer must within 14 days of receipt contact ByBloom and make a complaint via e-mail specifying the error. Then return the product free of charge from the customer to ByBloom by left instructions from us. Returns can only be done after contact and approval by us. In cases where ByBloom had not heard from the customer within the deadline (14 days) we will not accepted a return or claim. If you do not get in touch with us by phone then email us, we check our emails every day.

Transportation Damage 
If the customer's package is opened or broken upon delivery, please contact your delivery point immediately when you pick up your package. They have forms for the claim.
NOTE! If you do not check your package directly at your delivery point, you can not make a claim and which do not apply to our insurance so we do not replace a damaged or stolen product.
